Shifting away from chopping to translocation of Trees

Complete Ban on cutting down the trees. All infrastructure and/or other projects should NO longer cut down the trees irrespective of the case and cause. The companies/ partners/ contractors should translocate trees to a designated place decided by local governments.

Abolish National Green Tribunal & establish National Environmental Commission with constitutional authority to preside over all environmental affairs across the country.
